That was very quick response, cheers Matt. Have tested SNR in CUCM-7 and
it works fine in lab. I wanted to know what is a Handoff number, what is
this number used for and how it works? Also how do you setup
Dial-via-Office Reverse Callback.

Thanks,

Kiran

These settings are for Single Number Reach (SNR) and Mobile Voice
Access. SNR is where calls can simultaneously ring a desk phone and an
off system line (usually a cell phone) and can be seamelessly
transferred back and forth between the desk and the other phone. I have
it in place at some clients and it works well. I don't use the Mobile
Voice access but I think that allows you to dial into the system and
make calls as if you were at work but not quite sure.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Mobility Configuration

Guys,

I am new to the CUCM-7 world and I have setup CUCM7 in a lab and will
soon be upgrading from CM4 to CUCM7. What does the Mobility
Configuration under Call Routing do in CUCM7? There is Handoff number
and Enterprise Feature Access Directory Number options, what are they
for? Has anyone configured this option/feature? Have tried google
searching but don't get much information.

Cheers,

Kiran
