[cisco-voip] Transcoder-Conference Config

What version is your CallManager? Do you have these added as IOS Transcoders
or IOS Enhanced Transcoders?

For these config lines please add the highest version of CCM available

sccp ccm 10.200.118.12 identifier 74
sccp ccm 10.200.118.11 identifier 73

If your CCM is version 5 or higher make them look like

sccp ccm 10.200.118.12 identifier 74 version 5.0.1
sccp ccm 10.200.118.11 identifier 73 version 5.0.1

Sine you're using the enhanced config in IOS, please also make sure they're
added in CCMAdmin as IOS Enhanced Transcoders.
