I think you need an FXO port not an FXS which is on the ATA. I have only
used FXO ports on Valcom's before.

We installed a Valcom paging system for overhead paging.  We used an ATA to
connect to it.  Programmed a speed dial button to the ATA.  Vendor that
installed paging system thinks it is a Call manager issue.  Our technician
said he tested and ATA works fine.  It should just connect and work.  Is
there anything else we could do?
