I would double check the manual for the paging module and make sure everything is configured correctly and then check to see what sort of port it requires.
FXO ports work with some paging modules and FXS works in others.....not always clear cut.

I think you need an FXO port not an FXS which is on the ATA.
I have only used FXO ports on Valcom’s before.

We installed a Valcom paging system for overhead
paging. We used an ATA to connect to it. Programmed a speed dial
button to the ATA. Vendor that installed paging system thinks it is a
Call manager issue. Our technician said he tested and ATA works fine.
It should just connect and work. Is there anything else we could do?
