It will ring until someone picks up an IP phone.

And this continues to ring for more than 10 rings or just a few?
It's a common issue with FXO ports that when someone on the calling party's
side hangs up before the called party picks up, the IP phone can ring a few
more times before actual termination completes.

Call
starts via FXO port on H.323 gateway. PLAR is sent to Unity connection which
does
TOD check and then sends the call to a Hunt Pilot number for a broadcast
hunt
group. If I hang the call up from the PSTN side the call continues to ring.
If
I take Unity out of the picture and send the call directly to the Hunt pilot
everything works correctly.
