[cisco-voip] Need a list of Devices with "Unregistered" orStatus "Unknown"

I believe the challenge with that is that it shows the status on each
server in the cluster. So if you have 2 servers and 1 phone you will
still get 2 rows of result. First row shows it registered to server1
and 2nd row shows it unregistered from row2. At least, that has been
a challenge for me when I attempted to use that data in the past.
