[cisco-voip] Downloading capture files from CUCM?

With RTMT (for Unity Connection, anyways, which should be close): 

RTMT > Trace & Log Central > Remote Browse > Trace Files > Next > Next > Check "Packet Capture Logs" > Finish 

wait a bit while it does some background magic 

Nodes > "server ID" > System > Packet Caputre Logs > cli (double click) 

and you should have a listing of capture files. 

I've been burned before where there are no files, so before you go crazy with RTMT make sure the files actually exist on the CLI using a command similar to that below, but "file list" 

If there is no file, chances are your packet capture didn't capture anything. Double check ports, etc.
