Hi there

We are running CRS Express v5.0.2 and want to upgrade to a later version.

1) Is any reason why we should go to v6.xx and not straight to 7.0(1) SR2?
the only thing I can think of is v7 is a newer release (Nov08) and hasnt
been out long and could be buggy?
2) The upgrade procedure looks easy i.e disable csa/av > add licence >
backup > run licence validator > insert dvd > click next > has anyone had
any problems with this particular migration? anything I should look out
for?
3) What are the major differences between 6 and 7? is v7 just a
renumbering to bring in line with the Communications products?

Thanks

Sam
