On the subject of DevPacks:

I have a lot of pending updates to do, just to get the latest applied, 
but specifically, I'd like to use a phone that is not currently 
supported. Is there any problem with applying a devpack without doing 
all the other updates?

Currently running 4.1(3)sr4d and looking to apply devpak 65, primarily 
to get 7931 telephones to use instead of 7960/7914 combos.
