[cisco-voip] Phones on VGE cannot dial Out

It was Paul's I thought was out of line, not Lelio's.  And let's not debate
your point of sending private messages, as you violated your own request
about privately messaging people you disagree with.  We could go on and on
filling up everyone's email with jibbersish about who was right or wrong,
but ultimately point was let's stick to technology.   People send messages
with list ettiquette suggestions all the time.  My email should have been
considered nothing more, nor nothing less.
