[cisco-voip] Intercom / remote Speaker Phone on

Hi

I have come up with a request like this:

the customer wants that in case of emergency situations, they will Dial a
code and the Speaker phone of all the users will go On and they will be able
to broadcast a messgae ' like say there is  a fire alarm , please evacuate
teh building"

is it possible? I am using CCM 4.2(3) and CU 4.X
