[cisco-voip] Dialling out the Missed calls

Use a translation pattern to modify the ANI numbers to prepend a 9 or 91
(depending on your setup and how you operate).
I'm not aware of your dialing plan, but assuming we took a North American
dialing plan as an example, I would create translation patterns, define
local area codes to prepend only a 9, everything else, 91.

The example posted by Mark would be useful assuming you are using an
H.323/SIP gateway but less valuable when using MGCP.
