[cisco-voip] Ring setting lost?

We had a major power outage over the weekend and everything came back up
and running. Our Publisher is in the building where the power outage
occurred. The Subscriber is in another building and is supposed to
serve as backup for power outages.
So far only one group has called this morning to say their ring tone
they chose have all been set back to default.
Any ideas why???
