[cisco-voip] IP Phone error msg

Not sure what would cause this issue but I'm assuming you've already tried a factory reset of these phones to have it pull new software from your TFTP server(s)?

Hey folks,

Anyone seen this error before on a 7960?
"Requesting Feature Key Sta..."

Phone registers to CM (v6.1.3), but is not usable, no dialtone etc.
Common factor has been all phones with this msg have 7914 expansion
modules. Changing the phone button template to a new template has
fixed 90% of them, but there are a few still that won't work. Any idea
what would cause this?

Upgraded CM over the weekend from 5.1
