[cisco-voip] IP Phone error msg

The two phones started working on their own, on-site techs pulled the
power on both the phone and the 7914, seemed to sort it out. I don't
think they tried the factory reset procedure.

TAC engineer told me they had seen this once before on an upgrade from
4 to 6, and the same workaround that we used also worked in that case.
There wasn't any further followup to it, so no idea why it messed up.
We're going to leave well enough alone for the moment.
