[cisco-voip] How do I diag bad ports on a VG224?

Generally, if you don't get any output from 'debug vpm signal' it's a
bad port. You can have the no dial tone problem from incorrect dial
peer matching and registration problems, as well as software problems
with the port getting stuck in a bad state.

I would make sure you have term mon and logging monitor on, do a 'conf
t' and 'exit' to make sure you see the 'Configured by vty 0 ...etc'
message, and then test the ports with 'debug vpm signal' on.
