[cisco-voip] Fax Machines having a very delayed response

I'm there with ya.....
but........ you have two issues...... Training users to change what they
have done for the last 20 years and then the issues of troubleshooting
scanners vs troubleshooting faxes.  Most departments still feel like it's
easier to troubleshoot faxes...... (guess they haven't troubleshoot VoIP =)
