[cisco-voip] Firmware Upgrade in Preparation for Upgrade from CCM 4.1(3)sr8 to CUCM 7.X ???

Agree entirely on this process. On our in-house cluster (500 phones)
it speeds things a great deal given sites at 200+ ms from the
callmanager.

For some of our customers with 20K+ phone/200+ site clusters I
couldn't imagine doing it any other way.
