[cisco-voip] Call Manger 6.1 License question

Dear All
we need to reinstall call manager 6.1 from scratch because we are facing a Linux OS File system problem ( due to Power Failure )

the problem is that we have already use the Lic_upgrade file issued after completing the upgrade from 4.2 to 6.1 to get the license files from www.cisco.com/go/license and we want to reinstall the server again using the OLD DMA obtained from 4.2 ( as we don't have any backup from the servers) .

can we do this ? , can we register the lic_upgrade file on cisco again using the same MAC addess ? 

any ideas regrading this case?
