[cisco-voip] debug ccsip error returns "Attribute ptime, level 1 instance 1 not found."

Running 3845 with 12.4(20)T with Verizon Business SIP trunk, getting
intermittent reports of ghost calls, etc.

I ran a debug ccsip error and see the below, trying to understand what
they mean. I understand it has to do with packetization time, not sure
how/what to set it at....
