[cisco-voip] Periodic Phone Resets

I've encountered this before and worked w/ TAC to get defect ID CSCsu47079 created, but this should be resolved in your phone load version.

I have had some phones Periodically reset. The logs look like the phone thinks the VLANs have changed.
