[cisco-voip] IPCC Slow Audio on Silent Monitoring

I have an IPCC cluster that is running IPCC 7.0.1 Sr1 and when the Supervisors press the Silent monitoring/or live record, the audio hear on the monitor comes out slow, as if the people on the call where drugged and slightly robotic. I have tried both via the RSPAN and putting the Cluster on the local switch where the agents are. Does anyone know if there is a know bug about this or have seen this behavior?
