[cisco-voip] FW: CDRs not showing Prefix!!

depends on your setup.  H323 or MGCP.

MGCP is done via the CM.  so you have to do it through the CM thus if you
change it, it won't work.

as for the H323 you will need to add or subtract numbers based on what you
did in CM.
