[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 7.1(2) DRF schedule 1 hour ahead after DST

Has anyone else's DRF schedule been moved one hour ahead after the DST change? My DRF schedule used to be 12:15AM and 12:30AM on two servers. They're now 11:15PM and 11:30PM. 

This is on Unity Connection 7.
