Subject: [cisco-voip] DSP allocation question
Group:
I have the following scenario:
PBX_1--------G703/E1--------Router-A--------IP-WAN(g.729 codec)--------Router-B--------G703/E1--------PBX_2
What number of DSP should be populated in Router-A and B if E1 on PBX_1 and 2 is configured for 30 channels and total number of call over WAN should not exceed 16. Codec used for VoIP call is G.729.

Thanks,
Syed Khalid Ali
