Should most likely have been addressed by 

CSCso17336 Backup not adjusted for daylight savings time 
or 
CSCsy41146 DRS Schedule doesn't reflect the correct Start Backup at time 

Sounds like a TAC case and formal investigation might be in order.

Our unity Connection 2.1.4 DRF went from MDT 10pm to MST 11pm.
