[cisco-voip] Changing Billing Server in CUCM 7.1.2

Most servers have more than one NIC port.  Why not assign another IP  
to the server and add that as the secondary SFTP IP then remove the  
original IP afterwards.  Another approach would be temporarily  
enabling SFTP on another machine and send CDR's while changing the IP  
on the first machine.
