You are going to need a firewall that supports SIP inspection to get
that to work.  The firewall will have to be able to read the SIP headers
to be able to translate the IP information included in layer 7.  Regular
NAT occurs in the IP header or at layer 3.  Cisco's ASA supports NAT
inspection.

Sorry, I supposed SIP questions are slightly off topic....

Will the 7960 work behind a NAT firewall (assume dumb consumer
firewall, no fixup) or am I better off buying the user a Linksys
SPA942?  It doesn't seem to support STUN.
