While there is no 6.1(4) version listed, there are 3 different 6.1  
releases prior to 6.1(4) with the fix.
006.001(003.9999.001) 006.001(002.1000.013) 006.001(001.9901.140)

6.1.3.9999-1 - pre-release build of 6.1(4)
6.1.2.1000-13 - FCS release of 6.1(2)
6.1.1.9901.140 - pre-release build of 6.1(2)

It is a bit curious that the fix went into 6.1.3.9999-1 and in  
6.1.2.1000-13 as well since either one would have gotten the fix in 6.1 
(4).

Long story short, this fix is in 6.1(4).
