[cisco-voip] CUCM End User Bug CSCso58752

Hmmm... I have a customer running 6.1(4) that is having this behavior. On
certain users when they go to User Management --> End User and pull up a
user it shows a blank page (the headers are there, but nothing underneath).
It's also a little strange that lists 6.1(4) under the first found in if it
should be fixed.
