[cisco-voip] 7941/42 reload

Under 7.1(2) the last couple times I've done 123456789*0# on a 7941 8.3
SCCP phone I ended up with a  with a SIP load on the phone and not a
factory reset....

I have a 7941 and was using the reset procedure were you hold the
octothorpe key (pound) down when you plug in the power/network cable and
wait till you see the led flash across the bottom but they never do, it
sits at the headset key and the two line keys flash amber alternately, I
then release the pound key and hit 123456789*0# to proceed with the
download and it never does keep cycling. What if anything am I missing
and is there another way?
