[cisco-voip] List phone firmware loads on Callmanager

Mike,
We ran into this issue as well. Phones would not upgrade to the default
firmware release on 7.1.3. We chose to leave them on 8.5.2 for now in hopes
that Cisco will fix this issue with future firmware release.
