[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility

We're trying to roll out extension mobility and during testing I noticed
that once a user is logged in on a different phone the extension
mobility service is not available to allow the user to log out.  We've
read through the Cisco doc and we don't see anything that addresses this
situation.  Any suggestions?
