[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility

Bill,

Under their extension mobility profile you have to add the Extension
Mobility service just like you do for a normal phone.  Once you add it then
when the user is logged in they can select EM from under Services and log
out.

We¹re trying to roll out extension mobility and during testing I noticed
that once a user is logged in on a different phone the extension mobility
service is not available to allow the user to log out.  We¹ve read through
the Cisco doc and we don¹t see anything that addresses this situation.  Any
suggestions?
