Bill,
Under their extension mobility profile you have to add the Extension
Mobility service just like you do for a normal phone. Once you add it then
when the user is logged in they can select EM from under Services and log
out.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Extension Mobility
We¹re trying to roll out extension mobility and during testing I noticed
that once a user is logged in on a different phone the extension mobility
service is not available to allow the user to log out. We¹ve read through
the Cisco doc and we don¹t see anything that addresses this situation. Any
suggestions?
Thanks,
Bill Webber
