[cisco-voip] message server is offline -- Unity 5.0 and Exchange 2k7 UM

The user account in AD is disabled by default, that is fine, but the
mailbox move would indeed be a problem. The message store config
wizard is located under:

\Commserver\ConfigurationSetup\setup.exe

and you can include the /sync flag to skip the non-sync parts.
