[cisco-voip] CIPC can register but can't get DN after CCM 4.2(3) upgrade

Dear All,

I just finished CCM upgrade from 4.02(a) to 4.2(3), everything looked good
during the upgrade. But after it's done, my CIPC can't get DN successfully.
>From device page in CCM administration, the phone has been registered and IP
address be shown correctly, however the panel on CIPC keep blank.. only
date/time in the up left corner. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
