I think you will be saying bye bye to mgcp and hello H.323 with either TCL script or voicexml.

We have calls terminating on a MGCP gw on an E1. When the external caller hangs up we want to play
a tone, just like you get on normal PSTN. Its to help users know the call has been dropped by the
network rather than a long pause in conversation.

Looking for a non UCCX/IPCC solution due to cost.
