So I need to turn on Personalization on My phone.
I can do it at the Enterprise Level
I can do it common phone profile.
For the life of me, I can't find it on the individual phone level.
Cisco Unified CM Administration 7.1.3.10000-11
7961G-GE on Firmware 8.5.3S
