[cisco-voip] Cucumber 7.1.3 Connection Database Proxy service keeps crashing....

So, we keep getting this critical service down:

Service Status is DOWN.
Connection Database Proxy.
The alert is generated Tue. Nov 24 15:09:39 PST 2009 on node 172.16.5.25

Did some checking and it looks like it is only used for RTMT and is
supposed to stop every few days... we are seeing this thing crash
every 30 seconds...

Any ideas?
