you can use the DSP calculator to tell you what you need.
www.cisco.com/go/tools (THANKYOU WES)
and select DSP calculator
plug in your 2x2mft ports, 96 calls and then see how many DSPs you need for that.
then you can just keep adding conference calls until you get to 2xPVDM64 chips.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 4.1 - Hardware Conference Bridge
Hi all,
We're migrating off of our 6500-based 6608s and migrating to a 3845. The 6608 was using 3x ports for T1 trunks to the telco and 2x ports as hardware conference bridge. The 3845s have the following inventory:
• 2x "VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 - 2-Port RJ-48 Multiflex Trunk - T1/E1
• 2x "PVDM2-64 - PVDMII DSP SIMM with four DSPs
So my question - are any of the DSP resources on this router available for use as a replacement conference bridge? If so, can someone point me in the right direction for configuring these?
