[cisco-voip] UCCX Recording/Monitoring

I believe my issue is Intel NICs and VLANs being stripped, I ran NICQ on PC where I corrected this issues and got positive results, so I think I just need to have all of our user's update their registry entries.
I already have span to PC port, pc voice vlan access enabled in CCM.

I got some anecdotal answers that sound right but aren't working for me but I have yet to find documentation not from the stone ages of CRS 3.0 with official setup instructions.



I'm going to have to call TAC soon.

I am either no longer a Google Master or Cisco's documentation sucks worse than normal. I cannot for the life of me find instructions for how to enable the basic Recording/Monitoring built into UCCX. I am on version 7. If someone can point this out I will be eternally grateful.
