[cisco-voip] Phantom Calls on PRI

Here is the configuration. Inbound calls are routed to an AA. If caller
does not select caller input, they are transferred to the operator. If
the operator doesn't answer caller goes to VM.

After the first few days live on the system, the operator VM box had
messages which were a ticking sound of static scratching. Audio was
consistent until reached the VM message limit of 2 minutes.

I changed the initial AA call handler so on no response callers were
hung up. So no more strange voicemails.

I happened to look at the VG today and say this...

Oct 4 10:41:56.910: %ISDN-6-CONNECT: Interface Serial0/0/0:0 is now
connected to 0000000000 N/A

Oct 4 10:42:01.898: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface Serial0/0/0:0
disconnected from 0000000000 , call lasted 4 seconds

Any ideas?
