[cisco-voip] Good/Bad results using 3rd Party Apps forMonitoring/Recording CUCM calls?

Hello,

 

We regularly deploy ZOOM CallREC with many versions of CUCM all the way
through 7.1(2). It ties into CallManager using JTAPI and the latest
version has support for SPAN-less recording.

and or record phone calls on CUCM?
