[cisco-voip] Shoulder Rests For Cisco IP Phones [OT]

I agree that phone rests aren't ergonomic, but I'm curious what people do
for shared phones where the users insist on a shoulder rest, but a headphone
would not make sense due to a constant flow in and out of different users.
 In my case the situation would be a hospital nursing station with various
nurses using the same phones.
