[cisco-voip] UC500 sip to CM7.0 DTMF problem

I'am able to use DTMF tones for Unity from phones registered from the UC500,
but if I go out the PSTN I lose DTMF. I think MGCP uses out of band DTMF
correct and dtmf-relay rtp-nte uses inband I believe.
