[cisco-voip] UC500 sip to CM7.0 DTMF problem

Probably a dial peer problem on the UC520.  (By the way, UC520 isn't
supported with CUCM.  Probably works, but it's not something TAC will
look at.)

MGCP DTMF is fairly robust, so it's not my first suspicion.
