Is there a command statement for doing Dual Sip-server or Session Target
servers?

(warning invalid syntax follows /example only):

sip-server ipv4:192.168.1.1
sip-server ipv4:192.168.1.2 secondary


dial-peer voice 3 voip
 destination-pattern ....
 session protocol sipv2
 session target sip-server
 incoming called-number .
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 codec g711ulaw
 no vad

or this

dial-peer voice 3 voip
 destination-pattern ....
 session protocol sipv2
 session target ipv4:192.168.1.1
