[cisco-voip] MOH

Two questions:

 

1         Is there a way to create a default MOH that would be a device
default whereby we would just update the default with a new recording
instead of making multiple MOH audio sources?

2         Is there a way to directly modify the volume of a currently
playing file via CM 6.1?  Some callers are complaining about the volume
of the MOH.
