[cisco-voip] Cisco Desktop Enterprise Services error in Event Log

Dear group,

CCM Publisher is filled with the error for Cisco Desktop Enterprises Services.

SS1004 Failed to setup monitor. Retry (this one has a CROSS icon)
and
SS3101 SetupMonitor failed. Connection failed, end. (this one has INFO icon)
