[cisco-voip] Cisco Desktop Enterprise Services error in Event Log

Dear group,

CCM Publisher Event Log is filled with the error for Cisco Desktop
Enterprises Services.

*SS1004 Failed to setup monitor. Retry* (this one has a CROSS icon)
and
*SS3101 SetupMonitor failed. Connection failed, end.* (this one has INFO
icon)

SS1004 appears first and then SS3101

I have the snapshot saved, but for some reason attachment requires approval
from LIST ADMIN
